Medals UK were commissioned to produce a UKAEA MRF Commemorative Coin in 2016. The coin was created to commemorate the opening of the UKAEA Materials Research Facility that opened at Culham Science Park in Oxfordshire in the February of that year.
The custom made commemorative coin was produced in gold, measuring 38.61mm, with a bright, minted finish.
